Harrison, N.Y – ESCC has been tapped to secure one of Westchester County’s largest office-to-residential developments along the I-287 “platinum mile” corridor in Harrison, NY. The $157-million development by Toll Brothers Apartment Living named “Carraway” will total 421 luxury apartments with state-of-the-art amenities including a fitness center, kid’s playroom, pet spa, co-working lounge, indoor parking and a swimming pool.
