Slated improvements will include upgrades to lobbies, hallways, community spaces, and building security and access control, as well as updates to the heating and cooling systems, water and plumbing, ventilation, and elevator systems. Every apartment will be completely renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, windows, and other interventions to enhance residents’ comfort and quality of life.
ESCC’s design, engineering, and specification plan of the integrated electronic security and communications low voltage system on this project includes: IP-based CCTV system; access control system for base building; integrated audio/video visitor entry panels for door; audio/video intercom system for tenant use; back of house communications system for staff areas; conduit specifications for low voltage cabling infrastructure; and a complete telecommunications infrastructure design.
