Retained by ASH Hotels for the historic renovation of their new property in Richmond VA, ESCC designed an integrated electronic security and communications, low-voltage system for this soon to be completed 73-room boutique hotel.

ESCC was then hired by the general contractor, CK Bosworth Construction, for the installation of the security system consisting of: CCTV with Hanwha components, Salto access control system, back of house intercom, and distributed audio for amenity spaces.

ASH Hotels. ASH is a hotelier. The hotels they invent are cinematic monuments to the best stuff of the old world, made suddenly new. Locations include Providence, Detroit, New Orleans, Baltimore, and soon, Richmond Virginia.
