As a hands-on housing developer, Hudson has completed over 6,400 residential units for everyone, from the formerly homeless to those in reach of luxury homeownership, and has over 5,000 more units in the pipeline. Working with a fully integrated affiliate team for Property Management by Lisa Management and Broadway Builders, General Contractors, Hudson also has completed a quarter of a million square feet of commercial spaces, including approximately 100 neighborhood stores. ESCC was selected by Hudson to work on two of their current low-income/affordable housing projects: Boulevard Together and 27-42 North Main Street in Port Chester, NY.

Boulevard Together. In the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn, this is a multi-million dollar restoration of 29 high and low-rise buildings with 1,700 affordable residential units within Boulevard Houses, Fiorentino Plaza, and Belmont-Sutter Area. The extensive interior and exterior renovations include new roofs, windows, elevators, kitchens, bathrooms, and public interior spaces, etc. This project requires a security vendor who has expertise in outdated technologies as well as current and future technologies, over multiple locations, making ESCC an ideal choice.
Port Chester, NY. 27-42 North Main Street. Hudson’s new development of 203 residential units, a parking garage, and approximately 10,000 SF of retail space will create a bustling streetscape. This transit-oriented development is committed to inclusivity with 10% of the units dedicated to workforce housing. The project includes space for the Human Development Service of Westchester and is poised to redefine urban living in the area. With offices and a service center in Westchester County, ESCC fit the bill to consult on this project.
